Enjoy our beautiful outdoor pavilion nuzzled into the Great Smoky Mountains, located in Townsend, TN. Our venue accommodates up to 150 guests with the option to accommodate larger groups with the rental of an event tent, additional chairs and tables.
We can provide the flexibility and creativity you need to create your vision in the style and with the details you want. Let’s make the planning of your wedding fun, creative, and as stress free as possible! We are a family business run with professionalism and love. We take great pride and attention to detail. Our farm becomes your farm while you are here, and remains a touchstone to carry with you into marriage.
The facility rental fee includes:
- Use of the facility on day of wedding from 10am – 10pm
- Use of the facility for your wedding rehearsal prior to the ceremony
- Use of the facility for your engagement and bridal photo sessions
- Bridal Changing Suite located in our authentic antique cantilever barn
- Groom’s Cabin
- Rustic Gazebo Ceremony Site with set up of chairs
- Diamond-Lit Pavilion with setup of tables and chairs for reception
- Floor-Length Linens in Guests’ choice of color
- Acres of beautiful perennial gardens
We are a full service facility and require the use of out catering for your reception, we have a smaller venues to host your intimate rehearsal dinner (see tab wedding and events) and Cabins (guest accommodations or honeymoon cabin). Whatever your wedding needs, we are here to help you create your dream wedding! All of our services are available at The Lily Barn, as well as at other off-site facilities. Below are the package pricing for our venue, additional services are available to add onto packages. You are required to use our catering company, please inquire about our pricing.

|Package A (up to 100 guests)||$4500.00||Includes access to the bridal suite, groom’s cabin, and gardens from 10am- 10pm, tables, linens & chairs at reception site, and white fan-back chairs at the ceremony site.|
|Package B (100-150 guests)||$5500.0||In addition to the items above, this package also includes event tent rental for overflow tables and additional chairs and linens for the reception and ceremony site.|
These packages do not include your officiant, wedding cake, lodging, photography, DJ/Band or Hair & Makeup services but we would be glad to provide additional services or offer recommended vendors for these services.
